The phase of creation and evaluation of success stories about prosperous entrepreneurs under project ACE - „Developing Adult Educators‘ Competences to Promote Learners‘ Lifestyle Entrepreneurship“ (No. 2015-LT01-KA2014-013404, financed by Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2 “Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices”, Action “Strategic partnerships for adult education”) was completed effectively.

The seminars are aimed at teachers, trainers, psychologists, pedagogical counselors and other pedagogical staff, representatives of NGOs and educational institutions and other stakeholders. During the events representatives of Know and Can Association will present the innovative learning methodology based on experiential learning by means of psychosocial activities. The new methodology is specifically aimed at the so-called "Children on the move" (refugees, migrants dropping out of school, representatives of minority groups, etc.) and aims to increase their interest in the training process and prevent them from dropping out of school.

During the seminars representatives of the Association will present the project, its specifics and the created products.
The project is financed by Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2 “Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices”, Action “Strategic partnerships for adult education”. The project lifetime is 2 years – September 2015 – September 2017.
The idea of Lifestyle Entrepreneurship is centered on learners’ passions and hobbies. A lifestyle business is one where the owner seeks to make the business successful not only in terms of profitability but also in terms of the ability to avoid social isolation and foster engagement. The methodology of the project is based on the blended learning approach using the reversed/ flipped training method, ICT tools, Open Educational Resources.
We are happy to inform you that the first intellectual products created in the frame of project ROBIN Reinforcing cOmpetences to Build Inclusion through a New learning methodology №2015-1-RO01-KA204-015001 are already accessible on the website of Know and Can Association and could be downloaded free of charge.
The project ROBIN supports trainers and educators to reinforce their personal and social capabilities for specific support and successful social integration of children with migrant backgrounds affected by early school leaving. Thus children in a migrating situation will be better prevented from early school leaving and the risk of exclusion.
Know and Can Association has started working on project Create a puppet – Create yourself! Theatre for Social Integration (CC Project) (N°: 2017-1-PL01-KA204-038462).
The Quality Active Ageing project aims will be achieved over a 30 month period through the seven partners each hosting a short-term joint staff training event, developing collaborative networks/ approaches and the creation of a Good Practice Guide on How Learning Contributes to Active Ageing.
