After two years full of hard work, challenges and professional satisfaction, the DIME project consortium met in person for the final partnership meeting. The event was held in the premises of the project coordinator Know and Can Association in Sofia, Bulgaria on 26th September 2022, on the eve of the International Conference "Diversity Management and inclusion at the workplace", which is the closing event of this fruitful project.
Immediately after the international training event of facilitators, DIME consortium organised the second face-to-face partnership meeting in Palermo, Italy on 19th may 2022. The event was hosted by CEIPES and involved representatives of all partner institutions - Know and Can Association from Bulgaria, Centro Internazionale per la Promozione dell’educazione e lo sviluppo from Italy, Helsinki Business College Ltd. from Finland, and MIR Akademien AB from Sweden.
The international facilitator training under DIME project was implemented in spring 2022 in sunny Palermo. The training was took place at the premises of CEIPES (May 2022), between 16th and 18th May 2022, involving representatives of all four partner organisations - Know and Can Association in Bulgaria, Centro Internazionale per la Promozione dell’educazione e lo sviluppo in Italy, Helsinki Business College Ltd. in Finland, and MIR Akademien AB in Sweden.
Alogside the work on the methodology development, DIME partners launched the draft structure on the training course creation.
This training course, Promoting Diversity Management to SMEs and NGOs: Ethnical Diversity in Focus, is in the field of human resource management (HRM). It is aimed as help to self-help for small organisations in attracting talented and ambitious workers with different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
