Mutual support has different goals: learning (at an individual or an organizational level), problem solving, reducing emotional tension. This can be achieved by an early recognition of conflict situations with the purpose to resolve and tackle conflict behavior.
Training programme "Professional burn-out and work under stress. Stress Management techniques and Motivation to Work”

The programme introduces the participants to the ways to determine the symptoms of burnout among professionals which are working with children.
Identifies the burnout factors among professional workers and sets the ways to prevent them.
The programme assists participants in the process to realize the concepts in leadership and motivation and to determine the distinctive qualities and characteristics of the positive leader.
The programme provides knowledge to guide the participants towards objective assessment of their own leadership skills, setting clear and specific personal and professional goals that are based on an increased motivation for work and personal growth.

The programme serves as a means of stimulating creativity and ingenuity by offering an innovative and interesting way to solve problems, management, improvisation in different situations and decisions-making. The programme offers unconventional and innovative methods to resolve conflicts, build calm and well-intentioned atmosphere in the group, allows indecisive and timid individuals to express themselves.

The aim of the programme is to provide help and advice on how to organize entrepreneurship education at school. It will introduce the teachers with techniques and methods to advise, motivate and encourage participants in the process of their personal growth and overcoming social isolation. The programme allows the teachers to help their students develop confidence and acquire basic skills related to entrepreneurship, encourage them to become self-employed as they build a business around their own way of life. They will learn new practices for assessing capabilities, knowledge and skills, and opportunities for recognition the acquired skills and abilities.

Emphasis is placed on motivation and self-knowledge, by revealing personal qualities and social skills, including so-called social markers "know yourself".
