Name: 4equality - Implementing innovative tools and methodologies for employability and equal opportunities of young women facing bias in men-dominated future-oriented sectors 4equality offers approach and tools for building competences of young women looking into carrers in male-dominated industries - business and STEM, to proactively cope with challenges of widespread in the professional environment gender bias and mitigate the bias impact on their professional life. Results will target building awareness how gender bias translates to discriminatory behaviours, build understand of its impact and develop competencies to protect oneself from their impact. |
