Last week we had 4equality Development workshops for development of e-mentor and e-training with participation of all partners.
We had expertise exchange, analysis of ementor methodology, validation of structure and assumptions and improvements, ensuring alignment between modules.
The event took place in Sofia, 🇧🇬 Bulgaria and was hosted by Know and Can. 4equality offers approach and tools for building competences of 💁♀️ young women looking into carreers in male-dominated industries - business and 🧑🔬 STEM, to proactively cope with challenges of widespread in the professional environment gender bias and mitigate the bias impact on their professional life.
