Know and Can Association would like to invite you to participate and join the focus groups and network of employers who work with employees from ethnic minorities and migrant background, as a part of the implementation of DIME project. In each partner country (Bulgaria, Sweden, Italy and Finland) a network of employers and a focus group will be set up. Each network will include the mixture of SMEs and NGOs with at least 5 organisations including those representing migrants and ethnic minorities. Each focus group will be with at least 10 employers in each partner country including those representing migrants and ethnic minorities.
The partnership would like to ensure the stakeholders ́ engagement and network setting up that is why we are getting in contact with relevant local associations/organisations of SMEs and NGOs in order to establish local networks which will be the basis for their involvement in the fieldwork, development and training activities of this project.

The focus groups will be organised on 2nd and 15th February 2021 and will take 2 hours maximum. The aim of the focus groups carried out as a part of the research in DIME project is to identify barriers as well as good examples for employment of migrants and ethnic minorities from the perspective of employers. The expected outcome of the research is a comparative report merging data from four EU countries: Bulgaria, Italy, Finland and Sweden.
