We would like to introduce the project results we are expecting! The second project results will be Trainer's Package: A comprehensive Trainer's Guidebook on the implementation of the experience education method for supporting the personal development of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The main objectives of this result are as follows:
- Develop a comprehensive Trainer's Guidebook on the implementation of the experience education method for supporting the personal development of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Create an Explanatory Video on Experience Education Method (EEM) that introduces experiential learning as a method, as well as basic principles on how to apply it.
- Provide an Interactive section with visual materials on how to implement the EEM, including lesson plans, advice for effective usage, examples, videos, samples of tasks and exercises, and links to relevant information in the same field.
- Test the Trainer's Guidebook and the Explanatory Video during an international training in Greece, involving four trainers from each partner organisation and three trainers who will deliver it.
- Gather feedback from educators and trainers who participated in the international training in order to improve and finalize the Trainer's Guidebook and the Explanatory Video.
- Translate the Trainer's Guidebook into all partner languages.
- Pilot the Trainer's Guidebook with educators and trainers who work with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to help disseminate the innovative method of experience education and promote equal opportunities for young people from different backgrounds.
