The main results of the Self-development course will be a comprehensive course.
The specific objectives of the Self-development course are as follows:
- Help adolescents identify their strengths and talents and how they can use them to contribute to society while making a living. The course will be split into two consecutive levels, each containing 5 modules. This objective contributes to the general objective of promoting youth employability and social inclusion.
- Foster the development of 21st-century skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. This objective contributes to the general objective of enhancing the employability of young people by equipping them with the necessary skills to succeed in the labour market.
- Provide a gamified and experiential learning experience that is engaging and effective for the participants. This objective contributes to the general objective of making the learning process enjoyable and impactful for the participants.
- Promote inclusion, awareness, and discussion regarding the differences in upbringing, conditions, and experiences of the participants. This objective contributes to the general objective of promoting social inclusion and understanding among diverse groups of young people.
The specific objectives of the Self-development course align with the general objectives of the project, which are to promote the employability and social inclusion of young people through the development of their 21st-century skills, while also fostering social inclusion and understanding among diverse groups of young people.
