On 13th of February 2016 was held the final partner meeting in connection to the project „Inter-Cultural Dimension for European Active Citizenship (IDEA-C)“ with project number: 555616-CITIZ-1-2014-IT-CITIZ-NT. The event took place in the city of Krakow(Poland). It was hosted by the Polish organisation „Multikultura”. Know and Can Association was represented by four experts from its staff. During the meeting were discussed: the results of the project; the plans for dissemination of the outcomes; and the future cooperation among partners.
