We are delighted to announce that the international training "Effective Self-Management with Outdoor Activities" successfully took place between 14–18 July 2025 on the island of Tenerife, Spain, as part of a project funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
The training brought together participants from Know and Can who spent an inspiring week developing personal and professional skills related to self-management, time planning, mindfulness, and creating a motivating and balanced work environment.
The programme included:
🔹 Introductory sessions on mindfulness and yoga, helping participants learn techniques for concentration, relaxation, and inner balance
🔹 Seminars and practical workshops on time management, personal and professional goal setting, and building sustainable habits
🔹 Outdoor activities in the beautiful nature of Tenerife to promote self-awareness, teamwork, and positive energy
🔹 Sessions dedicated to the development of emotional intelligence, stress resilience, and cultivating a growth-supportive environment
🔹 A final feedback and reflection session, including experience-sharing and awarding of certificates of participation
The training was practical, motivating, and enriching – filled with valuable knowledge, inspiration, and memorable experiences. Participants shared that the week in Tenerife contributed not only to their professional growth but also to their personal well-being and motivation.
