In close collaboration with experienced social workers, we developed an assessment tool designed to comprehensively assess an extended array of soft skills required in, but not limited to the field of social work.
This tool was meticulously developed and rigorously tested to provide individuals with valuable insights into the level of their soft skills, corresponding to the ten courses developed as part of IO3 – online courses:
- Ability to empower and motivate
- Assertiveness
- Building interpersonal relations
- Communication
- Efficiency and organisational skills
- Empathy
- Ethics in social work
- Mediation and conflict resolution
- Negotiation skills
- Stress and burnout resilience
To enhance the accessibility and user-friendliness of our project results, we’ve seamlessly integrated them into the SkillHelp eLearning platform. Access the ten courses listed above. After the introduction to the course, you will be automatically directed to the SkillHelp Diagnostics Tool for the corresponding skill. We invite you to analyse the provided statements and select the answers that most accurately reflect your experience and behaviour. You will be automatically provided with an assessment of your current skill level, allowing you to identify areas for improvement, and set realistic goals for growth. To further instill confidence in the assessment process, we guarantee the privacy of all responses. Rest assured that your answers will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
