Rechance final conference and meeting took place last week in the beautiful Prague, Czech Republic.
During the conference we spread the word about the project and shared the news and results.
The meeting was an amazing opportunity to share and discuss ideas, new challenges and sustainability opportunities linked to both the RECHANCE platform and the – soon to be published – Adaptation Guidelines Handbook.
The project partners planned the last month of work cohesively and in the view of keeping the platform active and free for the next five years.
