The Communities 3.0 project meeting at the office of Know and Can in Sofia, 
Bulgaria has already started.
We are discussing the project activities, development of results, management, dissemination, implementation and future development. The project focuses on the development of a sustainable 
cooperative approach in a form of forward-looking 
learning platform for boosting civil society actors and adult education organisations as active agents for social inclusion in socio-economically disadvantaged neighbourhoods (SEDN).
