Call for Participants: International Training in Tenerife – Effective Self-Management through Outdoor Activities!

Know and Can Ltd. is looking for participants for an international training course, which will take place in July 2025 on the island of Tenerife, Spain, under a project funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.

Training Topic:
Effective Self-Management with Outdoor Activities

The training aims to support the development of personal and professional skills for improved self-management, time and stress management, goal setting, and creating a motivating work environment.

What the training includes:

🔹 Introduction to the basics of mindfulness and yoga
🔹 Practical exercises for stress management and emotional resilience
🔹 Seminars and workshops on goal setting, time management, and prioritization
🔹 Teamwork activities and creating a motivating and organized work atmosphere
🔹 Outdoor activities to enhance focus, awareness, and energy
🔹 Final feedback session, certificates, and ideas for continued application

Training objectives:

✅ Develop personal effectiveness and work-life balance skills
✅ Improve focus and clarity in daily tasks
✅ Learn strategies for managing emotions, time, and stress
✅ Boost motivation and productivity through movement and mindful practices
✅ Support the creation of sustainable habits for long-term professional growth

Who can apply:

📌 Individuals aged 18+
📌 Interested in the topic and motivated to participate
📌 Able to travel and actively participate in July 2025
