We are happy to announce that the first partner meeting for MaMuMi project was held on 9 and 10 December 2019 in Cheltenham, UK.
The second training event was held in Sofia, Bulgaria in November 19-21, 2019. It was organized by Know and Can and 2 participants from each partner organization attended the training. The host organization organized a 3-day event which included presentation of organization and its work in regards to seniors in general and seniors and ICT in particular.
“Entrepreneurship is the Key to Success” Kick-off Transnational Project Meeting was held in Odense, Denmark between 26th-27th of November 2019, where all project partners took an active part in drawing the project development map for the next 2 years of milestones. The meeting was hosted by BrainLog in House of Code premises with the special support of Startup Odense.
The meeting started with a welcome note from the coordinator BrainLog and a short presentation of all participants, and their organisations. Further overview of the project focused on major operational issues and the necessary steps for the creation of the first intellectual output – EKS Simulation game. The purpose of IO1 is the creation of a simulation game which will offer 5 scenarios which will allow the users to improve the following skills: complex problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, people management and coordination with others.
The first partners meeting in the frame of UPthEM (UPSKILLING PATHWAYS FOR EMPLOYABILITY) project was hosted by the coordinator Know and Can Association on 7th and 8th November 2019 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The event was an opportunity for everyone to learn more about the project, to get into details how the foreseen results will be created, to discuss administrative, organisational and financial aspects and to set up strict timeline with tasks, responsibilities and deadlines.
The Europe 2020 strategy is the EU’s agenda for growth and jobs for the current decade. It emphasises smart, sustainable and inclusive growth as a way of strengthening the EU economy and making it resilient towards forthcoming challenges. Employment is one of the key policy components of the Europe 2020 strategy. Decent employment for all EU citizens is crucial for ensuring adequate living standards. On top of contributing to quality of life and social inclusion of individuals, it also improves the well-being of the society as a whole, which makes it one of the cornerstones of socioeconomic development.
Danilo Dolci and the partners of "Create Your Puppet, Create Yourself" is also developing a follow-up intellectual product - "Multilingual Online Compendium".
