🗝️We all know how crucial soft skills are in everyday life. But how important are they for effective learning, especially in an online environment? What are the key soft skills that teachers need to have in order to organise the learning process in the best way and to cope with the challenges in education?
📰The S4B - Digital Soft Skills for Blended Learning partnership is working hard to be able to provide answers to these and other questions. Over the last year and a half we have been able to define the 12 most important soft skills for an educator and develop innovative, useful and attractive materials to improve them.
🌍This week, representatives of the partner organisations from Romania, Spain and Bulgaria came together in Sofia to test the products and learn how to apply them in their practice in the future.
The first day of the training was dedicated to a detailed presentation of the 12 soft skills and practice of each of them. Communication, active listening, creativity, empathy, motivation and much more.
