The second partner meeting for ForProve Theatre project was held in Venice, Italy ot the 13th and 14th July 2016.

There were many topics that were discussed on the meeting but the main two were the ForProve Theatre Methodology and the ForProve Theatre Guide.

The main aim of the ForProve Theatre methodologyis to see how the combination between the two theatres - Improve and Forum, has created a new method which is going to be used for the purposes of the non-formal education in different fields.

The team of Know and Can continues its work under the project ROBIN Reinforcing cOmpetences to Build Inclusion through a New learning methodology, with project number 2015-1-RO01-KA204-015001.

Till the moment, was conducted a Research study on the current methodologies used within second chance programmes (especially for children on the move). The research was realized simultaneously in all partner countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Austria and Spain). As leader in the production of this Intellectual output, Know and Can’s staff collected and analyzed the results from the national researches and afterwards prepared a Common Report on the Research study on the current methodologies used within second chance programmes.

euro4science.logoThe SCI Week under the project Euro4science: Exploring « CSI Effect » and Forensic Sciences to boost the appeal of  science to young people and reinforce interdisciplinarity in European high schools” (2014-1-PT01-KA200-001012 / 947100241) was held from the 11th to 15th of April 2016 in Skipton, UK.  Bulgaria was represented by 10 students and 2 teachers from 2nd High school “Acad. Emilian Stanev”. They actively participated in the project activities and exchanged knowledge and experience with the other participants - students from the UK and Portugal.  The event was hosted by Skipton’s Girls High school. During the SCI Week were led different interesting activities as: CSI experiments, case studies, games, sport activities and SCI challenges. Read more ...

The partners continuie with ther work on ForProve Theatre Project!

Aim of the project:to empower youth at the threshold of work and newly employed people with entrepreneurial skills and spirit by developing innovative method of  ForProve theatre.

The direct target group:youth workers/educators who work with youths at the theshold of work.

The indirect target group: people between 16 and 30 years who are unemployed; have recently been employed; graduates, NEETS.

golic.logoThe current stage of the development of GOLIC GUIDE Project - Guide to linguistic competence for tourist guides and tour leaders (2014-1-PL01-KA202-003400) has come to a successful end. The organisations from the five partner countries worked hard in order to develop and adapt attractive Guide with good practices and examples when dealing with foreign tourists. The Guide contains 60 good practices and examples (12 for each partner country) describing different aspects from the tourist guide’s job – proper and improper reactions in different situations; dealing with problems; improving the service; etc.  The collection also presents various cultural and social specifics of different nations and countries with which every professional tourist guide should be familiar.

To develop, pilot and implement a transnational and multidisciplinary training programme on child friendly -justice in cases of sexual violence against children for legal practitioners, police officers and welfare services’ staff on child-friendly justice in countries where the Lanzarote Convention has been recently ratified.

To research, analyse and assess partner countries’ specific judicial practices in cases of sexual violence against children with a particular emphasis on the child’s experience of the procedures.
To assess existing gaps in relation to the training needs of professionals involved in the judicial procedures in cases of sexual violence against children.
To highlight good practices on child-friendly judicial procedures in cases of sexual violence against children through a comprehensive GPMap (Good Practices Map) to be used as a reference for professionals in future judical procedures.
